Yum! This reminds me of ovaltine. But, I like ovaltine so I am not complaining. It is rich and chocolatey. I made a latte using a ratio of 1 part hot water to 1 part milk. I also sprinkled a tinsie-tiny sprinkling of sugar to it, because it is a cacao powder and it comes off as too bitter a chocolate taste for my palate without the sugar. With that tiny sprinkle of sugar, though, it gave it a very rich chocolate flavor, sweet, but not too sweet, and just enough bitter tones to keep it exciting.
