Backlog:
Gorgeous dry leaf. Pale green with silvery edges. The leaves feel soft to the touch and I can see and feel the fuzzy down on each leaf. The aroma is delicate and sweet, reminiscent of hay.
Sweet, smooth, light, refreshing! The sweetness reminds me of raw sugar cane. Hints of sweet apple and notes of melon. A very subtle vegetal note, barely there unless I slurp the sip to aerate the tea on the palate.
A superb Needle tea. Here’s my full-length review: http://sororiteasisters.com/2014/08/21/silver-tip-white-tea-from-p-m-david-silva-sons/
