Medium steep; I taste/smell : (smell) light —> berries (blueberry/cranberry). (Taste) light to medium -→ earth, honey, fermentation, mineral, metallic (copper/iron). Light forest floor.

Heavy steep; I taste/smell: (smell) light —> seawater, rain, berries(?). (Taste) light -→ earth, fermentation, sweet, bitter. Light to medium —→ oatmeal, grains, barley(?), mineral, metallic(copper), forest floor.

All in all, the best semi aged sheng I’ve ever tried. I like everything about it. I rate 100/100. I cannot find any flaws in it. If there is, let me know. I recommend you buy a sample.
