1x long rinse in lower temp water from last sessions leftover water.
1x very short rinse with boiling water.

Light steep; I taste/smell: (smell) light
—> malt, chocolate, coffee. (Taste) light -→ earth, fermentation, malt, mushrooms, camphor, autumn leaf pile, chocolate.

Medium steep; I taste/smell: (smell) slight → malt, chocolate. (Taste) light -→ chocolate, malt, coffee. Medium —→ earth, fermentation

Heavy steep; I taste/smell: (smell) slight —> chocolate, floral (?), coffee. (Taste) medium -→ chocolate, roasted, earth, fermentation.

All in all, a conundrum of a tea yet amazing! Nice tea drunk, nice cha qi, nice flavours/aromas. i rate a 99/100.

For it’s price I suggest you try this tea, or even buy a cake :D
