As following my zabaglione teas last night, I steeped this up and added a splash of cream and a few rock sugar crystals.
The apricot flavor is nice and strong in this, a bit of tangy chewy cheesecake flavor, probably the most cheesecake flavor I’ve noticed in any of the cheesecake blends thus far. I am really enjoying how the flavors mesh together. Excellent tea!

Around Christmas time Frank found a few random pouches of tea, this selection was one of those random pouches. I had to get it as I didn’t have any apricot flavored tea :)
