34 Tasting Notes
I realize I am sort of biased when I say this, but this (herbal) tea is amazing. I love all things peppermint but I had been drinking mainly teabags of peppermint for most of my life when r/tea introduced me to loose leaf and I ordered this and others from Adagio. This simply bursts in your mouth with the refreshing taste of peppermint without being overpowering. I don’t need to add anything to it and it’s perfect. This has become my go to drink before bed.
Preparation
I’ve been drinking this tea relatively consistently in the last couple weeks and I am always happy with it. I love the flavors that come out but since I am still a teenager and my taste buds aren’t fully developed I generally add a bit of milk for creamy and sugar because I do still like sweetness.
Preparation
The smell when I first opened it got me really excited about trying it. However, when I did try it I was unimpressed. There was very little candy cane like flavor and I needed to add milk and sugar just to get it to taste like anything other than slightly like black tea. I was very disappointed but relieved that I got it as a free sample and didn’t have to pay for it because if I had I would’ve sent it back if I could.
