Flavour: Lightly sweet with a warming spice flavour. The cinnamon and ginger compliment the vanilla, while the the fennel candies bring hints of sweetness.

Flavour Notes: Melon notes are prominent and sweet – reminiscent of a ripe honey dew melon. The mate shows itself in the finish and a bit in the middle while the melon takes the spotlight.

Liquor: light green and clear with a definite fresh and sweet coconut juice aroma.
Flavour: Coconut comes through in the beginning and dominates both the nose and the cup. The oolong shows well mid palate and balances in the finish by lingering.

Flavour Notes: Flavour follows the nose – rich and complex with sweet banana leading, and chocolate and coconut supporting the flavour.

Liquor: Pale champagne colour. Clear with a mild sweet ginger and citrus note.
Flavour: Delicate with the citrus notes in front, followed very closely by the sweet ginger and coconut.

Flavour: Sweet with prominent berry and strawberry notes which cover some of this pu’erh’s earthiness.

Flavour: Sweet, creamy, slightly fruity and underpinned by an earthy shou pu’erh. The liquor is well balanced and quite sweet, full bodied. The creamy note and the fruit dominate but the earthy pu’erh still shines through.
