129 Tasting Notes
Thank you Miss B,
I love this tea, and I much appreciate your efforts to help me
secure it for the 12 Days of Tea~
it is aromatic as potpourri and very delightful…
this inspires a dreamy sense…. ahhh…
…to relax with this tea and some lemon cookies ;~}
a beautifully blended floral with sweet apple and cinnamon
I too taste the burnt sugar and I adore it…perfectly crafted tea
Merry Christmas dear friends
Thank you Ellyn,
For the 12 Days of Christmas ~
This is a ♡pearfect♡ First Day Tea…I love it.
The cranberry is fresh, not too tart, and the pear and apple
are freshly sweet and linger on the palette.
This tea is incredibly delightful.
Merry Christmas everyone.
Perhaps I under-steeped this one, because although pleasant, it was unremarkable to me.
I make home-made snickerdoodles with cream cheese and roll the balls in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar…I tasted no cinnamon, and if snicker doodles? …very generic :-/
Sorry Verdant…
This is my first try at Matcha, and I didn’t follow directions EXACTLY… I thought I would want extra matcha to have a stronger flavor, but it made it slightly bitter. The flavor is dead on for Egg Nog, so I am going to try again later. Also, I tried it hot just to see if I would like it that way…NOPE…I think I want some whole milk in this…may award higher numbers later after I learn to follow directions & use whole milk :~)
Stick a cup of milk of your choice, a tablespoon of matcha and sweetener of your choice and blend it up in a blender:)
Oh and a hand full of ice if you’d like it frappe style :)
Or you can warm the milk first and do the blender trick for a latte :)
I’d also add some form of sweetener; most of them have needed it (the ones I’ve tried). Anything from plain sugar to stevia or even maple syrup works.
You ladies are so right…I am sorry I am just now seeing these comments,
But I have added a little stevie with excellent results and have found that, yes,
indeed, I do prefer it with milk.
I am now dying to try the white chocolate matcha perhaps with some fruit.
I will need to order some.
Thank you, Miss B, you are an angel sending me the matcha.
I do enjoy it and wish to invest more in it for its health virtues.
May God bless you richly.
I am not a mint tea person, but this is actually good.
Unfortunately, you can taste the mint more than the white chocolate,
but it is good. Quite the refreshing Christmas season tea.
I had it for breakfast this morning. I might order this for a seasonal thing, but I would likely not keep it all year round.
