You have to be really careful not to overbrew this tea. Most blacks I steep for 3-5 minutes. I wouldn’t go over 2.5 for this one. It gets pretty bitter.
When you brew it properly, though, it’s a pretty nice earl grey. I still feel like there’s a little something off about it, though. Maybe I’m just not a fan of the added vanilla.
