I would say this is a fairly vegetal, grassy tasting oolong. I like it a lot more than I would have just a year ago. A year ago this would have been way too vegetal. It also has an undercurrent of a buttery note there too.

I brewed this once in an 18oz teapot with 3 tsp leaf and 175 degree water for 4 min.

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money.
