A second meeting with the countess. I don’t know what it is; I used hotter water and a longer steep, and bingo, I like it. Maybe I just have an unrefined palete, and have to have my tea steeped to within an inch of it’s life. Or maybe I’m just in a better mood. No matter, the orange is nice and tart today, the green smooth underneath, the smell heavenly, and the orange peel not quite as bitter. There’s those extra points I was thinking this would get. Still not quite up to my current favourite, Kyoto Cosmo, but very, very good.
