So good! My new favorite tea of all time, which makes me sad that it’s only available seasonally. I’ve been drinking this every morning as a super strong latte with almond milk, and it’s really helped me with the transition of switching from coffee to tea. I’ve missed my pumpkin spice lattes from Starbucks, but this tea is ten times better.

Truly tastes pumpkin-y, which is delicious. I wish it had a teensy bit more cinnamon flavor to it, but I’ve always been someone who loves the strong cinnamon flavor. I kick it up a notch by adding some of my own to the top of my latte. Amaaaaaaazing.

DOWNRIGHT AMAZING. I love drinking this before bedtime, or at the end of a long shift at work when I need something to look forward to. Nutty, with just a hint of apple. So amazing that I want to make two cups in a row!

This was such a treat! I wasn’t really with everyone else on thinking that it smelled that great dry. I’m not saying that it was unpleasant – just that it wasn’t AMAZING. But my coworker smelled it as well, and she thought it smelled awesome. So take that as you will!

However, while it steeped, I was in heaven. I just wanted to stick my nose near it and sniff for eternity! A sip was a lovely surprise. Not overly caramel, as I’d expected. It’s a nice trace of it toward the end of the sip. Very creamy and nice. I added a little sugar and cream, but I honestly could have finished sipping it without as well. So yummy!

I haven’t actually had this in loose leaf format. I found a pre-bagged variety at my local Meijer, so I bought it because I was curious. I actually like this! It’s not too terribly sweet, but you can still taste the coconut and the cocoa at the end of the sip. The smell is lovely, both in dry form and as it’s steeping. I like to add a little bit of whole milk and a teensy pinch of sweetener to mine. Yum!

This tea is very…simple. There’s not a lot of depth or body to it. I feel like the black tea is very strong while in comparison to the almond and vanilla flavors. It just doesn’t blend very well. The sweetness towards the end of a sip kind of saves the tea, but I don’t think I’ll be buying this one again.

drank Decaffeinated Chai by Twinings

I bought this because I like a comforting kind of tea before bed, and I’m not a fan of chamomile. So naturally, the promise of decaf chai lured me in at the grocery store.

It’s not bad. It’s just…weak. I steeped it for five minutes, and it was nowhere close to the kind of punch in spices and tea flavor that I like. I’ll probably try to steep it longer next time, and maybe two bags instead of just one. I doctored it with milk and sugar and a ton of cinnamon and it was a little better.

That’ll teach me to buy pre-bagged chai. Haha.
