Sipdown! (20 | 367)

Picked this one up at a farmer’s market in Hawai’i.

It’s not great, to be honest. Something is very musty-tasting, not sure if it’s the mint or the mamaki. And mamaki has a fairly subtle flavor, so it’s completely overpowered by the stronger hibiscus and mint.

However, the hibiscus they used in this is actually really tasty. It has a lovely intense, juicy flavor to it with notes of dried cherries and a nice balance of sweet to tart. So I enjoyed it because of that, even if the mix of ingredients wasn’t that great. :)
