From Trader Joe's

Ingredients: Chamomile flowers, lemon grass, spearmint leaves, tilia flowers, peppermint leaves, passionflower leaves, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn berries and rosebuds. No artificial colors, flavors or additives.

Brewing instructions: Place one tea bag in an 8 ounce cup. Add boiling water and steep 3-5 minutes.

Tastes mostly like chamomile, but there’s something else as well, cause I don’t enjoy straight chamomile that much, but this one is nice. And I actually did drink it as a “bedtime tea”. Not sure how much it gets me to relax faster, but at least it didn’t keep me up.

Tea does what it says. Similar to good chamomile tea, Bedtime Tea does a good job of settling nerves before bed. Though the mint flavor might be too sharp for some.
