From The Tea Merchant

Escape the day with this divine herbal infusion. Brews a subtle pinkish color with a clean finish reminiscent of Asian pears and ripe apricots. Wonderful served hot or iced.

Thanks to The Tea Merchant for this sample!

Hm. It’s a really pretty peachy orange color. I cold-brewed it overnight. The dry smell is really fruity and great. The tea liquor definitely smells like apricots. But I’m not sure it tastes like them. I mean, I’d definitely go with fruit, but I’m not sure I want to jump straight to apricot – blood orange and nectarine, maybe?

It’s good, though, I’ll grant it that. It’s been crazy hot here in NY, so I’ve been drinking iced almost nonstop!

Cold brewed this today for a few hours in the fridge. It came out a beautiful peachy\orange color. The flavor is pretty strong compared to hot brewing it. I can see apricot being the main flavor but there is something else there too. Maybe a light orange? It has a bit of tartness to it but it makes for a great iced “tea”. I may have to order more for summer.
