This tea is like an old friend. I used to drink this all the time before I really got into loose tea, especially the year back in university when I quit caffeine haha (also, a whole YEAR haha). It’s sweet, lemony, creamy, and actually pretty good for a bagged herbal. It is calming me down and warming me at work, as I am having a frustrating day between a project going poorly and the cold office. Happy I picked up a new tin of this on my lunch break. Yes, it was a bit expensive for what it is, but it’s tasty, so I will roll with it. See previous notes on this tea. (upping rating slightly)

Also, man, the last note I wrote on this was back when I only had 1 tea steeper….LOLOL. Now I have at least…6..I think, not including gongfu teaware. :D

I really don’t mind some of Tetley’s herbals. Perhaps I shall try this one :)

@Kristal – I hope you like it if you do end up trying it! It’s the one I like the best of Tetley (of the few I have tried anyways)

Misc work tea. All my gear is at home, and I am desperate for something hot and tea-like. I enjoy the mildness of the honey in this tisane. It’s sweet but not cloying/in-your-face like Honeybee from DavidsTea. I don’t know what an elderflower is but it seems ok. Not much lemon balminess in my cup. 1 minute steep in an 8 oz mug; the bag re-steeps well. I might buy a tin of this, it’s quite relaxing and satisfying.

This tea has been on my wish list for about a month, and I impulsively bought it after work today along with one other kind. For a bagged tea, this is quite good. It’s start with a mildly sweet honey flavor followed by a herbaceous taste from the lemon balm, lemongrass and other herbs. Quite nice; reminds me of honey vanilla chamomile from Celestial Seasonings except more herbaceous.

As a beginning tea drinker, I found this gem in Canada while on holiday. The name “cleanse” dosn’t describe this tea very well. The flavor name though… “lemon balm & honey” was spot on. Not too sweet but definitely can taste the honey mixed with the slight lemon flavor.

I’ve found that this is a great tea to steep in a mug when at school and to keep going back and adding hot water to the tea bag. Its a bit sweet and flavorful to begin with, which is great for the 3:00 sugar craving, and as you add more hot water is mellows out a bit.
