From Tea Runners

This soothing and rich white tea gets its name from a mountain peak in Nepal, translating to “mother’s necklace". Sophisticated and elegant, this tea goes through an extensive cultivation process, at first naturally dried, then fired, and finally cured for an entire month, resulting in a deep flavor profile. Its aromas are sweet and floral, but the palate is left with a bright, grassy finish, making this a complex and interesting tea for any time of day.

Ingredients: White tea.

Origin: Eastern Nepal.

Caffeine content: LOW

A wonderful white that is lightly vegetable with prominent floral notes and a sugar, candy like note when you swallow which is quite appealing. Very light and mild, a tea you could drink all day. I would have rated even higher but it is a little bit drying/ astringent which is not my preference. It’s still a wonderful tea though and worth the purchase.
