For the fourth consecutive year, we continue exploring new uncharted territories of white tea making using the iconic Taiwanese-developed Hong Yu T-18 tea cultivar that was initially intended for black tea production. Just like in 2023, a reasonably normal winter with good cold spells produced a good quality lush first pluck with lots of sweetness in the resulting tea. This unconventional white tea produces a rich, complex, yet surprisingly mellow tea. Get some while it last as this is a limited quantity Lot that we produce only in the early spring time.
