Another good swap with JosieJade!

I had forgotten that I used to quite like Stash Teas. This is a good black with good peach flavor.

nice to rediscover something. I have to be careful with stash, but really do love a few of the teas they offer (there are some from them I really can not stand either )

I’ve had this tea bad for quite a while, I forgot about it! I was in a hurry yesterday morning to get to class, but I needed caffeine! I grabbed into my teabag can, hoping to grab a black tea and I ended up with this!

It smells very good, a bit like the gummy peach rings. And the taste is the same! Very sweet and smooth. A very good tea, especially for being in a tea bag AND old! This is one I could see getting again

2 bags for 500mL water, no sweetener or milk.

I generally don’t care for flavoured black teas. Too often the black tea base is of a low quality, and the added flavour seems to mask, rather than accentuate, the tea. Stash, however, do a consistently good job with flavoured black teas, especially for bagged tea.

There’s Indian black tea in this blend, perhaps Assam, or maybe it’s Kenyan … something’s got a kiss of malt to it. The maltiness then emphasizes the peach flavour, which is heavy but not fake. After 5 minutes, the brew gets astringent, but not, surprisingly, bitter.

The peach flavour is better than that ubiquitous radioactive peach flavour/stench that seemed to infest everything in the late 1980s; there’s depth to the peachiness here, which then emphasizes the slight maltiness of the black tea, and so back and forth, back and forth …

Medium to heavy body. Silky mouthfeel. Not an everyday tea for me, but one I cherish when I’m in the mood for it. I don’t care for everything Stash offers, not by a long shot, but when they get it right, like this Peach tea, they seriously get it right.

This is my favorite plain peach flavored tea. No extra spices, nothing but a beautiful, real peach flavor and lovely black tea. This one is fantastic with a shot of honey, and I love it on lazy mornings when I’m in no hurry to get anywhere or do anything. Fantastic!

Apparently I’m a wimp when it comes to black teas. I enjoyed this a lot more than any of the loose leaf varieties with which I’ve been experimenting. This definitely hit the “spot-o-yumminess.” Right at first the peach seemed a bit fake and too strong, but then it mellowed nicely as the cup cooled.

I’m thinking that for me black teas will take time for me to grow into. It took me working as a barista for 7 years to finally embrace coffee and espresso, so I’d speculate that my black tea journey will take some time (hopefully not as long as the coffee one did!). But now I know to be patient with myself. :) NE

This is a nice peach flavored black tea. Stash never disappoints in the way of a “standard” tea/tisane. I wouldn’t go much lower in quality than Stash. But if it’s cold outside and you’re looking for something that brews up quick in a mug, this could do nicely. Perhaps a little astringent, but not overly so for the price. It is absolutely imperative that it not be overstepped, or it will taste like the wrong end of a camel.

That’s it — gotta start following you now. Although, I do have to wonder how you would know what the wrong end of a camel would taste like.

Needed some cream in it today. I think I’ll steep it a little less next time.

One of Stash’s most memorable black teas, but you have to be in the mood for it. It seems better as an afternoon or dessert tea than a morning or “I gotta get going now” tea.

WHAT a treat this tea was after trying Stash’s Vanilla Creme to great disappointment. As soon as I opened the pouch the peach perfumed the whole room. I buried my nose in the pouch and just sniffed and sniffed and swooned a bit. Couldn’t wait to brew it and it didn’t disappoint! Brewed it and sat down for a night of fiber work and drank every bit of it. I have a large Bodum press and that was 3 large mugs (I had to stay up through the night to work that night). It was really delicious and I highly recommend it to peach tea lovers. This one is a real hit and one I’d order again.
