To brew the perfect Chai Latte is like making love, that is, it requires patience and passion. Mix 2 tsp of leaves into 6-8 oz of boiling water. Lovingly pour in 4-6 oz of steamed milk. Then add honey while anticipating how delicious it will be. Let brew for 5-7 minutes. Indulge.
