One of the best calming teas. Whenever I cant fall asleep or am in a bad mood or just my mind is tangled I drink a cup of this and I can sleep like a baby.
I like it best when its just about to boil but it dosent burn, you can feel the tea go in your moth and make its way through your body that way. That just relaxes me when thinking about it! Plus the smell of many herbs comined to make this perfect tea is beautiful, you cant leave this one out, for sure!
