From Man Eating Tiger

Hand picked and hand ground using the top leaves of the matcha plant. We do not mix it with generic green tea or artificial additives. In our thorough search, it was our mission to find the best tasting matcha on the market. Luckily we found a wonderful small family farm in Japan that cares about their plants as much as we do, and were able to work a deal to be the sole importer of this special matcha to the US market.
