From Fusion Teas

This mild creation is given fruity sweetness by the apple pieces and carrot flakes and a touch of freshness by eucalyptus leaves, lemon grass, tangerine bits and a nuance of hibiscus. Dried Orange slices are an optical reminder of the fresh citrus flavor of this absolutely perfect composition.

Ingredients: Apple Pieces, carrot flakes, blackberry and eucaluptus leaves, beetroot pieces, hibiscus flowers, lemon grass, flavoring, tangerine and orange slices.

Travelling Tea Box C

So I’ve only been lurking occasionally on Steepster for the last couple of months due to many reasons, but trying to buy less tea being one of them. Getting the tea box is a good reason to start logging consistently again.

The scent of the dryleaf is quite yummy! In fact, so yummy I needed to make more for members of my family and I finished up the little bit that was left in the packet. The grapefruit really shines here.

The taste is more balanced between the grapefruit and orange- a really nice, bright, juicy citrus The lemon grass is also really strong- maybe just a tad too strong for me, but not enough to turn me off of the tea. It’s a very nice tea to enjoy on this chilly evening.

As I open this package – it smells like Florida in a cup! Awesome Grapefruit, Orange, Apple, Berry, Lemon, Tangerine mixture. After infusion…it still smells nice, tho, mostly orange, grapefruit, hibiscus.

It’s VERY red in color – between the beet root and hibiscus that doesn’t shock me.

Surprisingly this ISN’T tart – it has a semi-smooth finish considering everything it contains.

Thumbs up! Would be better cold but I’m enjoying it hot at the moment, too!

I really like this. I thought it would be a bit too tart – but the beetroot, apple and carrot help enhance the natural sweetness of the tangy fruits and make this a sweet, mellow tisane that my daughter LOVES!

Excellent (and very refreshing) iced.

I had this iced this morning after receiving it as a sample from Fusion Teas. It was so delicious. More red in colour than I thought it would be. It has a nice grapefruit taste which comes out above everything else. It’s not bitter & tart like an actual grapefruit which was fantastic. And had a nice slight sweet taste.

This sounds like a good grapefruit tea! I am kind of looking for one of those. Thanks!

This was the first tea I tried from Travelling Tea Box C. I love herbals and this did not disappoint. The orange is slightly more powerful than the grapefruit, but they go well together. The smell is heavenly. It’s one of those teas you taste and say, “Ahhh… wonderful” Thanks to Chuckieroy for putting it in the box.
