From Eloments

Eloments Egyptian Mint is a caffeine-free tisane of Egyptian peppermint and spearmint grown in the bright desert sun. A beautiful palette cleanser that can aid digestion and is enriched with organic nutrients.

Each tea bag contains 8 of your essential vitamins and minerals including vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, C and zinc, all derived from nutrient rich herbs, fruits and botanicals.

In a world of mass production, this tea is the antithesis to that; it is grown on small-scale farms by people who work with their environment, not against it. It will inspire you every morning.

Deliciousness factor

We sold this tea years ago (without the vitamins) and it built up a fervent and loyal following. It was so popular we received numerous, desperate emails from people petitioning us to start selling it again. Need we say more!

Source

Egyptian Mint tea is sourced from Fairtrade certified farms in Fayoum city, Egypt.

Ingredients

Egyptian peppermint, Egyptian spearmint, lemon extract, holy basil extract, guava extract, amla extract, sesbania extract, annatto extract.

Another tea from Izzy. I just can’t help myself, but I need to try all the tea before… before what Martin?

Anyway, as it’s evening already, a caffeine-free tea is a must. I don’t want another day when I fell asleep midnight and waking up at 5 o’clock.

A mint tea seemed as a good idea as… I don’t know. I just didn’t wanted another fruit blend. And yep, there are some interesting blends!

A mint with some vitamins sounds good in this tricky time. And higher immunity is always welcomed.

But the taste and aroma is dismal. It is strongly medicinal, artificial vitamins. A bit fruity note is there as well. Taste is smooth, though and expected more minty taste. It’s there though, but quite weakly.

Mastress Alita

I have a “caffeine cut-off” hour when I switch to herbal teas so I don’t mess with my sleep schedule, too!

Mint often makes me feel very relaxed, so it may help with sleep!

Mastress Alita: Sometimes caffeine doesn’t have the boosting effect on me, but sometimes it just does; so I am rather cutting the caffeine.

ashmanra: Yep, mint is quite relaxing for me as well. I slept like a baby :D
