So I recently got my order from Della Terra and I ordered several one ounce bags just to try them out, because I have never had Della Terra tea before. I have to say that I am glad I did not get a bigger size of this… One of the main reasons that I got this was because one of the ingredients was coconut, but I am not tasting hardly any coconut :( the lavender is coming out a lot though. It’s not bad, definitely a good bed time tea, but probably not something I will reorder.

Here’s Hoping Teabox – Round Six – Tea #1
The Here’s Hoping teabox is back at the start point and the signups for round seven have begun in the forums! I’m very happy this teabox has been successful for so long. Steepsterers are generally awesome people, I think. :D I wanted to start with this tea, as any Della Terra tea must be “aged” especially with the addition of coconut. (I couldn’t spot any of those cute sprinkles in the picture in this blend though.) I was expecting the worst from the coconut, but it isn’t too bad yet. Somehow though, I wouldn’t mind more lavender and coconut flavor in this for super serenity. I’m not sure if I’m keeping this in the teabox… there isn’t much left anyway.
I need some serenity lately… I just found out my contact lenses have been discontinued and I’m really worried I won’t be able to find another pair that work for my picky eyes… especially when they have pollen allergies and chronic dry eye. Oh gosh, even when I’m sleeping my eyes are so crazy dry. I can’t stand wearing glasses ALL of the time. We shall see.

Nice. It is weird since in Jan I was at like 230something teas and Now I am 100 less than that.
Soon I am going to have to buy more teas :P
haha that’s why my goal is 10/month. i figure that gives me room to swap and buy a few teas each month and still sip down 10 + the number of teas incoming

hahahahaha hardly…but it seems to be working for me. Also makes me rethink large tea orders. i think my happy cupboard spot is about 150 teas, BUT i want to also get it so that my oldest teas are 6-8 months at the oldest (ignoring puerhs).
My oldest teas are from August so I am trying to get through those. It will be nice to just have a fair amount of the teas I like rather than having a million samples of teas I think are okay which makes me super critical when I place orders.
My oldest are from May now, which is pretty decent. :) 9 months isn’t too shabby…and those are getting near to the bottom
