Apparently I’ve never written a note for this?! I should really go through my virtual cupboard and find all the older teas that I haven’t tried or written about…

Anyway, I really like this one. It almost reminds me of a white tea, it has that same light and airy hay and oat flavor, with just a touch of green-ness. The oat tastes a bit raw, a touch earthy. It’s lightly creamy and then the caramel toffee part pokes it head out near the end of the sip to give a sweet finish. Just really unusual and lovely!

Thanks very much, Cameron B!  I had this one a few days ago, so… here comes a short note.  I always thought this one sounded interesting and unique.  An odd mix of ingredients to represent ‘cereal’.  There is only a hint of sweetness in the first steep and then the second steep gets really REALLY medicinal tasting, or like something way too strongly plant-like.  A plant in a field.  Mustard? Something very yellow. hmm… It’s VERY odd the difference between the two steeps.  But either one, I wouldn’t call caramel cereal flavored.

I really like this one, but I always tend to use a lot of leaf ha ha, and I never resteep anything because I’m a bad person. :P

Bad person! of course not! It’s just why I have so much tea… I REALLY juice these leaves. :D
