This doesn’t really taste like sugar cookie but is still delicious! Tastes like coconut and vanilla to me.

I’m really into this. It smells like playdoh and I love that but it’s also really tasty. I had a cup last night and had one again in the afternoon today. I don’t what it is about it specifically that has me keep wanting it. It’s a unique flavor.

The vanilla and the citrus and the butter just make the best cup. It tastes like a sugar cookie and it regularly makes my day significantly better.

Lexie Aleah

This is definitely one of my favorite holiday teas.

This and candy cane lane are yearly purchases for me. They don’t sell Christmas Eve anymore in stores near me, but I buy it when I go to the stores. I sure wish I could find Evening in Paris though.

I had this one last night as a warm-me-up-before-bed tea, and I decided not to sweeten it, just to see what it tastes like plain. I was actually not disappointed! The butteriness came through quite nicely, with overtones of vanilla and almond. More like a shortbread than a sugar cookie, but that’s probably just because I didn’t sweeten it. I like this tea because it’s rather different than any of the other herbals on my shelf… speaking of which, my one-year-old is getting into them.

Hmm, this tea had been on my radar for awhile but I never bought it. I always saw it at the grocery store but always had too much tea to justify buying it. Haha, I still have way too much tea but what the heck, I just bought it anyway. #neverenoughtea
Ok, I’ll stop rambling now. I thought this one was a little weird. It was more citrus than I was expecting and leaves a really odd aftertaste.
I will have to steep again before making my final decision.

I went through my tea box and found a couple of teas I’d counted as sipdowns already, and this was one of them. So I’m trying to get through those because I don’t want to have to add them back into my cupboard – I’ve just managed to get it under 300 for the first time in years (even though I was apparently cheating)! This was a lot milder than I remembered, I’ll have to use the last remaining two teabags for the same mug I think. A little sweeter than I would have liked, with a creamy citrus background. Hopefully I’ll have more to say next time, when I brew it a little stronger.

You can just leave the bag in on this one. Or boost it with a little milk.

Nattie

I might do that next time. I left it steeping for a good while waiting for flavour to happen, and zilch. I never thought about adding milk to this one, to be honest!

I loved the idea of this, and while it did indeed have a “sugar cookie” taste, it was way too cloying for me. It almost tasted like drinking butter. However, the friend I tried it with enjoyed it, so I don’t think it’s inherently bad, just depends on your personal taste/preferences.
