Does anyone else line-up their yet-to-be-tried-new-tea-packages like lil soldier/men? Well, apparently that is what I’m doing these last few days! LOTS and LOTS of tea to be tasted! Woot!

This one smells REALLY nice! Festive, even! A Combo of vanilla, almond, apple, orange, spice, and more! Ahhhhh!

It gives off a lovely color a bolder orange-brown.
As for the taste I can first pick out the apple and mellow spices followed by the citrus and it ends with the welcoming spec of vanilla. I really enjoy the end sip finishing with this vanilla – it’s a nice creamy segue to the aftertaste of that and the almond.

The flavors in this tea aren’t over-the-top which make is all work well and worth while. I like it!

At the beginning of this cup I was listening to the Rolling Stones and now I am listening to…The Beatles.

Now that you mention it, I too line my tea samples up like little soliders lol
I sort of daydream about having a little tea cupboard with many little drawers that I could put the sample tea in instead. that would be fun. and a lot more organized

Well, what I do is the day before a “normal” day for me (that is, days that my husband will be at work so I can therefore drink tea and review the teas that I drink … so I focus on new to me teas on those days), I put the teas that I want to drink for the next day in a bowl, and I sort of line them up according to the order that I will drink them. LOL Like if I’m going to have a yerba mate or guayusa, that comes first, then the black teas, then Matcha, then, green teas, Oolong, and then White. Then caffeine free choices.

LOL I guess I am a nerd.

I have my teas divided by type: Black, naturally flavored blacks, questionably flavored black, green, on and on…Each one is in a box or cupboard space, and they are in a line of sorts, so that I ‘have’ to use the one in the front, which then goes to the back. Anytime I get new teas, they go to the front of the line.

Of course, this system is null and void anytime I’m in a bad mood, or just don’t feel like following my own ‘rules’, or if someone comes for breakfast I let them pick any tea they want to share. Also, admittedly, they get mixed up all the time, and are always outgrowing their various boxes, baskets, and shelves. I need a really an awesome big cabinet with lots of nice compartments, just for tea!

Just another right brainer’s attempt at organization…
