8 Tasting Notes
This tea gives off a wonderful scent of the farm. Tan in color. The tea dries out my mouth just a little after sipping, but despite that it’s a comforting flavor.
I wonder if I should steep it in slightly cooler water (I let the kettle sit a minute after boil with about 24 oz in the kettle). Also I let it sit for 4 minutes after steeping to cool down a bit.

Wonderful scent of honey with a light green tea flavor. There’s another flavor in there I’m assuming is the ginseng but I don’t know it as well. Relaxing tea; great for a cold day!

What an amazing green tea! Wonderful yellow/green flavor and subtle but fantastic aroma. Unlike most green teas, there’s no “grassy” or “hay” flavor to me here; just a subtle but relaxing tea taste. Very pure tasting.

Preparation
Prep: 1 teabag in a large mug. Kettle cooled for 1 min after boiling. Steeped for 1 minute 15 seconds. Cooled for an additional 3 minutes before drinking.
The flavor was light and refreshing. Brownish color with a hint of green to it. Reminds me every so slightly of hanging in the barn by the sheep (most green tea tastes this way to me). Very little in the way of smell, but if I inhale deeply it smells more like a black tea to me.
Flavors: Hay
Preparation
Light brown in color with the standard chamomile combination of floral scents and an oily feel. I like to drink it warm—not hot—so that the tea coats my throat; the scent lingers longer. I steeped this cup for about 3 minutes right off boiling. For future steepings, I’ll let it sit a bit longer.
