I haven’t tried this company yet. Maybe I should give their site a good look!

This tea looks very nice on the Mahalo Tea website, so I submitted an order, which they say would normally be shipped in 5 to 7 days.

After waiting for a shipment and/or a response to numerous phone calls and emails for 150 days, I had to report this company to the Better Business Bureau as a scam, and also to PayPal to get a refund for the order that was never shipped.

The Mahalo Tea Company, while claiming to be selling teas from the website mahalotea.com, will not ship any tea to you after you pay for your order, according to my personal experience.

Very mild. It can be brewed strong, Gong Fu style, in order to enjoy more of the Aged Tangerine Peel flavors mixed in with the Wuyi Oolong and PuErh Tea Leaves. Very smooth, never seems to get bitter or astringent, and is good for a good number of Gong Fu infusions.

Flavors: Berries, Orange Zest, Vanilla, Wet Wood

I ordered this tea 144 days ago, and paid in full, on April 20, 2021. It is now September 10, 2021. I have been calling their customer service number often, and now every day for weeks, and have been emailing them, and leaving messages on their website for them to please contact me, and/or ship the teas I ordered from them.

I tell them I will forgive them if they lost some paperwork or had a problem in the office that lost my info. But I sent them my invoice and all my info, and I am listed in my account on their website as having an order from April 20th paid for and as yet “unfulfilled.”

I also ordered another Oolong from them I am still waiting to try, called Late Harvest Oolong. I have not given up hope, as I know strange things do happen once in a while.

I wonder if it will be worth the long, excruciating waiting time to finally get to taste their tea, if they ever do send it to me. I don’t want to have to get my money refunded from pay pal next month, before the deadline arrives for doing that.

So will they ever admit they made a mistake and make this right by fulfilling my paid order? Or are they going to be unwilling to admit the error of their order fulfillment system? What kind of problem could they be having that would cause them to ignore all my emails, all my voice messages, and all my appeals over their website to their customer service department?

I can’t imagine any company treating anyone like this for any reason. Am I in a spiritual battle of good and evil? I don’t know. I still hope they send my order, so I can order some more, if I like what they send.

*150 days after my ordering from MahaloTea.com, I had to report them to PayPal as failing to ship the order, and to the Better Business Bureau as an online scam.
