Killing (any) darjeeling in too hot water, and you’ll end up with a bitter brew.

This one is tricky, but if you found the right temp and the right amount, it brews a wonderful, smooth green cuppa, very similar to a dragonwell.

Since I love darjeelings I will probably buy again.
