These leaves are legit, still in good shape and indeed brews a darker full flavor cup and smooth finish. Like a milder buttery oolong.

Dosed with medicated honey before the DSO show 1/27. Thought it was going for a chai substitute, tasted great despite not being fresh.

Brews a little weak. Flavor is there but not enough body to the tea.

Brews the most beautiful amber color. Strong aroma but mild flavor. Stings the tongue but soothes the throat. An herbal that works for me?

Roasted flavor a little too strong, almost burnt tasting. I generally like that flavor though, so this isn’t bad. Smooth, no astringency.

Perhaps it’s the lack of freshness, but I really don’t enjoy the bitter flavor coming through from all the lemon/orange peel pieces in this tea. Brewed a very pretty rose red color.

Obviously warm fruit juice. Not artificial tasting.

Definitely sweet. I think it would have been very good cold. Dark when brewed hot. Smooth blend, clean finish.

Shared an old a sample with Elinor, obviously a little stale now but still yummy.

2Pot2Cup – Brews to a rich dark color and strong pleasant aroma. Taste is mild but yummy, added some honey the second cup.
