Pretty slick place, especially considering the rather thin tea presence in Atlanta. The environment is nice, staff is as well. Tea selection is very good too. I’ve been pleased with almost every tea I’ve had from here :)

It’s all right. Iced matcha latte was good, though when I asked the employee what grade it was, she said “really high quality”, and when I prompted “ceremonial?” she paused and said yes. It’s not, judging by the color and taste, though the way they make the latte is kind of fun – taking advantage of the blender to create foam instead of hand whisking it.

I was also here during the scoutmob promotion, but the tea was INSANELY over-priced and my scones were 1in by 1in. I was really disappointed by that. Their lemon curd is to die for though.

Real talk, Atlanta is not known for tea, but if I HAD to pick one physical location, this one takes the cake.

I didn’t review this? Really? Because I was here ages ago…

Really between the two places I’ve been in the Atlanta area, I much preferred the Roswell tea house. This was a cute little shop, but it felt sort of cramped to me. You’re kind of sandwiched in between all the merchandise and the tea counter. I guess the ambiance just wasn’t my thing.

That said, the servers were polite, the food was good, and the tea selection wasn’t bad. I just know my selection of teas is as good at home, so it’s hard to justify spending the money out when I don’t have to…

I went in for one of their tea tastings. You must call ahead to reserve a spot. When I showed up I was the only person there for that particular time slot so I got a one-on-one tea tasting marathon with the owner Connie that included a dessert! Best $12 I ever spent, I tried so many new teas! She let me pick whatever I wanted to try and we sat and talked about tea until I had had enough. I also left with half a pound of tea and spent less than 40 bucks total. SCORE!

Excellent little Tea house with a wonderful atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and a large assortment of quality teas to choose from. They sell a great variety of wares along with all the teas on their extensive menu, and even have a meditation room along the back wall. If you love tea and happen to be near Atlanta stop by and grab a cup, you won’t be disappointed.

Zen Tea is by far Atlanta’s best tea shop for loose leaf premium grade teas. Great environment, friendly and knowledgeable staff paired with fabulous tea how could you go wrong. I defiantly recommend if you are in the ATL area to check Zen Tea out!

I love Zen Tea! It’s a great place to chill and try a bunch of different teas. They have the biggest selection of teas that I’ve ever seen. The staff is always very friendly and they don’t bug you. Their soy matcha smoothies are fabulous! I also love that they carry Lapsang Souchong (they call it Smokey Joe). They also carry delicious chocolates and pastries and stuff. Their prices are really great for their teas. Best tea house in Atlanta!

This is my favorite shop around Atlanta, and it is the place where I fell in love with loose leaf tea. There are tons of tea to choose from, and the staff will guide you in your quest for something perfect. They have tea flights, where you get to have 3 different teas for I believe $9. It’s the perfect way to try several things.

I’ve come here for a Japanese tea ceremony, and it was very cool. They do a lot of tastings now too and you can reserve a spot online now.

Zen Tea has one of the best atmospheres for a tea shop in Atlanta. The Sunday tea spread is amazing and the selection is superb.
