This is a tea TASTING room, not a tea room. You’re visit will consist of looking over the selection of teas the merchant offers, and then tasting whatever you like. They’ll brew you up a small cup of anything they have on display. Don’t be shy, I think I drank two full pots of tea with all the tasting I did. I felt a little guilty because I didn’t end up liking their tea much. But I did purchase one before leaving, and a couple of tea doodads. Certainly worth a visit. The service here is outstanding and it’s a nice shop with a neat method.

I love Jasmine Pearl. They have a wide selection, knowledgable staff and a relaxing atmosphere. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me things I wasn’t interested in or really trying to sell me anything at all. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Great little place. To be clear this is a tea merchant, not a teashop. Luckily that’s exactly what I was looking for. The staff are very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, they’re not pushy salesmen or impatient with you, and are happy to guide you through their selection. The teas themselves (I sampled only some greens and oolongs) are very reasonably priced and delectable, and sold by the oz (with no big markups for low quantities). I wound up leaving with a pound total of 8 different teas. They also stock some tea accessories as would be expected including gaiwan, cups, infusers, and pots. As I understand it, they even roast their own TGY in-house and are planning to expand with a small sitting area as well. Overall I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys eastern teas, and suggest a visit to anyone who likes blended teas as well, as they seemed to have a large selection of those.

I love the Jasmine Pearl. Not only are they knowledgeable, friendly, but they have some really great teas! Lately I have been into Arya Tara ( A green Darjeeling) and a yellow tea. What I love about this place is the diversity of teas and the really special teas you can sample. Go Check them out!!!
