I don’t know if the lady at the shop used the wrong temperature or what, but this solely tasted like a strong black tea. I couldn’t decipher any trace of vanilla or citrus fruits or spices. I’m quite disappointed as this is one of Kusmi Tea’s most famous blend.

Ugh. I couldn’t finish the 15g I bought.

The scent is amazing. It doesn’t just smell like mango, but like mango juice. Very juicy smell.

But the taste is so drab. It hardly taste like tea.

I’m a curious person, I always love to discover new things, new teas, new brands.

I’ve tried several things from David’s Tea as it is the most accessible tea store in Montréal and that there is no minimum amount when buying in bulk. I’ve also tried a few teas from Camellia Sinensis and Kusmi, but their minimum amount makes me try less things.

I would really like to try new brands, especially French brands such as Mariage Frères, Dammann Frères, le Palais des thés and Fauchon. There’s also a lovely tea store in Québec city called «Monsieur T» that I would like to try.
