It’s been a while since I last drank this.
For some reason I decided this would make a good iced tea, so I cold brewed it.

To be honest, it isn’t bad.
The unsweetened brew gave a distinct green tea smell, and the distinct green tea taste.
It’s alright, but it’s just so bland, none of the wow you usually get from drinking hot greens.
But! I decided to add some sugar to it, about a teaspoon or so (beats me why I did that, though)
And the result? I have to say, the sugar really enhances the tea, but doesn’t overwhelm it.

I guess I’ll be having the rest of this tin iced, since it’s so good this way.

Preparation
Iced 8 min or more

Taiwanese :) we have awesome bubble/bobba tea:)
Prefers unflavored, more “traditional” teas (plain oolong, black, green, etc.), but trying to expand into the flavored categories :)
