This is such a cute little coffee and tea shop close to the Skagit Bay and Puget Sound on Camano Island, Washington. There is a crab themed gift shop with lots of cute beach items and garden stuff.
I had two teas here, an Apricot Black tea and an English Breakfast with milk added. Such a fun little place to stop and have a cup of tea or coffee!!!!
Visited this great tea tasting and store in Pike Place Market when I vacationed in Seattle. They have tastings complete with bamboo tray and gong fu style brewing. Everyone gets a little cup and you get to experience some of their most popular teas. We tried a sheng that had been aged in bamboo, a five year old shu, jasmine green tea, and a ginseng oolong. I loved all of the teas and I bought some of the ginseng oolong to take home. It had a sweet flavor and the energy and focus that it gave you was crazy awesome!!
They have cool apothecary jars filled with teas, osmanthus, giant tea pearls, flowering teas, Chinese medicine herbals for health, and so much more. They also have a wonderful selection of yixing pots, cups, bamboo gong fu trays, tea pets, and tools.
It was so fun and will definitely go to this tea room every time I am in Seattle.
I had gone to the Urban Tea Loft actually before I was way in to tea. I was disappointed to find out that they had closed due to a family illness.
They had teas that they would prepare for you as hot teas or iced teas. We had sandwiches there too. It was a fun place that anyone could go to and have a good time.
We had already eaten and had some tea with our meal today so we just stopped by to check this place out for next time.
I am giving a good star rating for friendly and helpful service and next time plan to come back to eat and drink tea.
When we walked in, a friendly guy showed us the teas and herbs and was very helpful.
They have tons of herbs. It looks like they can mix all types of herbs together and create any herbal you want. It is very interesting and would be very cool to someone wanting Ayurvedic or Chinese medicine herbal/tisane. They also had Camellia Sinensis teas.
There are crystals and some fun items in there as well. I will definitely be back when I can get down that way again.
Had fun at this tea bar!!! Ordered a pot of the Ti Kuan Yin and it was delicious!! Bright golden color with great balance of smoky, malty, and floral notes,,,a wonderful Oolong.
We also tried the Boba teas!!!! Had never had them before so this was pure fun. We got a Pomegranate flavor tea with lychee bobas then a Peach flavor tea with Mango bobas.
Very peaceful and great atmosphere in this tea room,,loved it.
Visited Tea Time this afternoon and checked out their large selection of loose tea. We had some tea there too. Tasted the Milk Oolong and their Bourbon Rooibos. Loved the teas, very good quality. There is also tea ware to purchase which was fun to look at. They also sell specialty herbs and roots which is cool.
