Have you ever been inside a Cinnabon? Where you walk in, and the sugar and cinnamon and grease just sort of float in the air? The smell is almost a solid presence?
That’s this tea. It’s strong. Just the smell is strong. And that’s not even the flavor. Let’s not even get into the flavor just yet, because the smell is so palatable that I received this for FREE. A friend bought it and promptly handed it to me, saying that the smell was so strong it was making her sick.
I took the bag, because I was born to handle sweets.
I came out of the womb with a sweet tooth. One fang, right in the middle of my face. The doctors were terrified.
But this, actually, might be a little strong for even me. This tea is a lot. It’s really really sweet and really really cinnamon-y. It basically screams for attention. Most teas just chill out until I sip them so I can get work done. This one remains in your mouth in between sips. It basically takes up residence, hangs up some posters, installs Febreeze plug-ins, turns on Netflix, and marathons some long-ass TV show.
This is a tea that’s so crazy I’m going to have to force mtchyg to try it. If anyone else wants to get into a tea swap with me for mostly dessert-y teas (I promise I have a ton of other stuff), you should send me a message. You would receive many delicious samples. Consider: a few teaspoons of this insane experience could arrive at your very doorstep.

I haven’t tried this year’s yet but I guess that’s what I love about this tea: the strength of the flavouring, especially the cardamom. They’re not fooling around here!

I love it when you force me to try insane teas
@fjellrev: They had the choice of going hard or going home. THEY OPTED FOR THE FORMER.
@mtchyg: It’s because I care.
