6 Tasting Notes
I love love love this tea. But I basically love anything with coconut in it. This tea has a very pleasant, subtle lavender flavour, with the coconut and rooibos really being the predominant flavours. ( I like to change this up a little by adding a little supplemental lavender ) I woke up in the middle of the night last night, and tossed and turned for an hour before deciding to make myself a cup of this. No sooner had a drank a steaming, honey-spiked cup of this was I off to sleep again. I haven’t woken up feeling this rested in ages!
Preparation
I received this today in a surprise care package from my lovely former co-workers. My friend had been telling me about it for quite some time, and I was very anxious to try it. It was lovely. A smooth, warm taste and nice mouth-feel with a vegetal, almost hay-like aroma. It’s delicious, but has a distinctive after-taste that I cant quite put my finger on..
Preparation
I’ve been re-infusing the same leaves all day without any noticeable loss of flavour. In my opinion it’s a high quality, genuine Milk Oolong. I must be on the 6th steeping now ( at least ), and there’s still a noticeably creamy, butter-like aroma and taste, with the floral notes coming slightly to the forefront. It pleases me greatly _
