6 Tasting Notes
This is a sencha green tea with walnuts, maple sugar and natural maple flavoring and is one of my favorite maple teas. It’s got such a nice buttery and grassy flavor from the sencha with a nutty walnut flavor and subtle taste of maple. I love that the maple is there without it tasting sweet at all and it’s a very very pure tasting maple rather than being artificial. This is such an amazing tea and I continue to love Churchill’s blends!

This is one of the new throwback teas from DAVIDsTEA and the only one I ordered because it intrigued me the most. This tea is pretty decent! On it’s own, the apple and white chocolate are the most overpowering, making it very sweet. Almost undrinkable sweet. Since then I’ve tried it as both a hot and iced latte and it was really good! The milk cuts the sweetness so it isn’t completely unbearable and it also masks the apple flavor so you’re left with a sweet, white chocolate and vanilla flavor that is very reminiscent of a confetti buttercream frosting. It’s also a little bit oily from the white chocolate which almost gives it a buttercream mouth feel.I’d say it’s pretty close to it’s name. I’ll definitely enjoy the rest of what I have but I probably won’t buy more because it’s a very weighted tea so you don’t get a lot of loose leaf for your buck. Overall it’s worth a try for people who like dessert teas!

I know this statement is highly overused but this Bigelow blend is like Christmas in a cup. I’ve been on a holiday fix lately so I broke into my stockpile of Vanilla Chai. Yum this blend gets better every time. You get the bold, malty flavor of the black tea base and it’s not hidden by the other flavors like some other Vanilla Chai teas I have tried.in fact, the fa flavors balance each tperfectly. You get a nice creaminess from the vanilla, the spice from the cinommon, clove, and nutmeg, and the black tea fla or. This is one of those chairs that I will never stop loving and I highly recommend it.
Preparation
Just bought some of this tea to try and it is delicious. You can’t really taste the green tea too much, so this would be good for someone who doesn’t really like the taste of green tea. The flavor is light, slightly sweet, buttery, and mapley. It kind of tastes like skinny pop. I will definitely be stocking up this one. It’s amazing how they actually get it to taste a little like popcorn!
