Grassy and sweet. Yum!

There are no artificial tasting coconut flavors in this tea. This was the perfect complement to the huge breakfast I had this morning.

Earthy and dark. Full bodied and almost chocolaty. I was surprised to like this since I don’t always go for teas this dark. Neat to watch the pearls unfurl.

Softly green with rose strong in the nose and mouthfeel. Have to be in the right mood to drink a tea a rose flavor, but when I’m in that mood, it is lovely. Very pretty looking tea with the rose petals.

Different from other Silver Needle teas I’ve had. This one was ever so slightly grassy and not as sweet as others. Enjoyed two steeping with the 2nd one bringing out a surprising similarity to gunpowder green without the the green taste.

Savory and comforting. Absolutely love this tea!

My mom, who is not a tea drinker, came over for dinner and I prepared this for dessert. It was my first time trying this. It is very yummy and makes a great after dinner treat. Not a strong tea taste but the chocolate and mint are quite prominent which I liked.

Was very nervous to try a Lapsang Souchong for the 1st time. Wasn’t completely turned off but I haven’t quite figured this tea out. I feel like a campfire is now invading my senses.

Tried this again and it still doesn’t grab me like I want it to.

Still liking this even as the weather is cooling off.
