This tea has the right balance of sweetness and tartness. It starts with a strawberry sweetness and the finish is slightly tart that pleasantly tingles your tongue. As the tea cools down the tart notes become more prominent. This blend has such a refreshing quality. I think it will make a super good iced tea in the summer.
