what a cup of heaven!! oh my…
the first time I tried this tea, the David’s girl gave me an extra half spoonful. I love how they always heap it on to make it super tasty. Right away, when I smelled this tea, I knew it was going to be deeeelightful. (that was on my third try, the first two times they were out, and when I went back to purchase some as well!)
I was tempted to simply hold the cup in my hands and let the smell waft around me, bathing me in that amazing aroma. Banana. Nuts. Dates. They all come through in a blissful marriage of flavour that makes me weak at the knees.
However, I do have one complaint. I find it a tad weak, even after steeping for ten minutes. Squeezing the bag with tongs helped quite a bit though, but it must be done carefully, lest the bag rip and spill the precious contents. I Break the banana up into smaller pieces so that it doesn’t rip the bag when squished.
Too bad my tea is mostly gone now. Atleast it left it’s scent in the tin…
