I just found some of this bagged tea in my cupboard. Decided I would try some. It is yummy! Just the kind of chai I like. Not too hot, but sweet and spicy. I also added 1 tsp of sugar and some milk. It’s overall a nice tea.

This is my favourite tea from Teavana. Probably the only tea I will spend money on from there when it comes back in the fall months. I miss it so much! It makes a beautiful spicy lattee when you steep it in half hot water, half warm milk! Mmmm sooo yummy. You can’t trace any kind of artificial taste in this, either. Just like spicy, earthy, sweet, warm goodness. Please bring this back soon, Teavana!!

I made a trip into David’s yesterday and this was one of the teas I bought. I only got 20 grams, just to be on the safe side. I’m trying to experiment with chais and figure out which kind I like the best.

Anyway, my first cup was… well, awful. I brewed it for too long… 5 minutes. I was going based on the directions on the package.

This morning I re-steeped for only 3 minutes, and it tasted just fine! It has a nice flavour! I’m not sure if it’s the type of chai I would buy again… I like more of a cinnamon spice, this chai really has more of a gingery taste to me.

But it definitely is a nice tasting tea, and I’ll thoroughly enjoy the few cups I’ll get out of it.

My new favourite tea… by a long-shot.

I can’t get over how well the sweetness of the strawberry and creaminess of the yogurt blends with the tanginess/tartness of the rhubarb. Sooooooo yummmmmy!

It tastes absolutely wonderful hot or iced. I can’t decide which way I like better!!

EDIT: After having this tea for a while, I’ve come to the conclusion that I really don’t like it as much as I thought. I still love it iced, however I think I’m starting to detest it hot. I took one sip of it today and dumped the whole cup down the drain. I just can’t take the hot water and extreme tart mix anymore. Is it still a good tea? Yes. Worth a 100 rating? No, not in my eyes (at least not anymore.) Also my taste in tea is changing. I think the fact that this is a herbal throws me off a bit… I like to know that I’m actually drinking some type of REAL tea leaves.

Oh well, I’d still absolutely recommend it iced to anyone! But I’ve changed the rating from 100 to 80. No longer a favourite of mine. :/

I recently bought a cup of this tea iced from david’s. It is WONDERFUL! The name lives up to it’s taste… because that’s exactly what it’s like. I didn’t have it sweetened and it still tasted great. Will probably be buying this during the summer sometime!

EDIT:
Mm. Yup, this makes a phenomenal iced tea. I got this as a sample in my recent online order. It tastes just like fuzzy peach candies, no sweetener added. Definitely going to stock up on this before their summer collection leaves stores.

This is a light chai. The lemongrass is definitely present in it. It has a faint heat, but definitely doesn’t taste like a traditional chai to me… Still tastes great, though. Because of the higher price I’m not sure that I would continue to buy it. I like a darker chai.

My very favourite oolong. Good job, Teavana. This is a GREAT tea. It’s not too strong and has a nice, sweet tone to it. I also notice that it really helps with my digestion. A definite re-buy.

Love this green tea. It has a tart flavour and you can really taste the cherry in it. Will probably re-buy once my large tin is emptied! Be warned though, if you steep it for too long it will be very bitter.

EDIT— Meh. I can’t say I love this tea as much as I used to. Probably DEFINITELY won’t be a re-buy. It’s just.. bleh. Not very flavourful. After drinking it for a while, you just get a sour, bitter tasting with a hint of cherry green tea. It’s nothing spectacular. Don’t waste your money…

This tea is just… lovely. I don’t really know what else to say. It’s delicious!! The smell is like apple pie. The taste reminds me of a nice, sweet apple cider but with a splash of vanilla. It’s also has a very good calming effect. Definitely a favourite from Tazo.

Side note: tastes as great iced as it does hot! I like to add a little bit of my German rock sugar to this one, it really helps bring out all of the flavours.

I do not like this tea. I purchased it when I was first starting my tea journey, thinking I would love the oolong and added fruitiness. There’s just something about the taste that I really dislike. Could be the pear maybe? It’s just not great, and you’re probably better off spending your money on a better tea. Unfortunately I purchased a substantial amount (you know how pushy Teavana can be), so I’ll have a large tin of this sitting on my counter for quite a long time.
