1792 tasting notes

Finally tried this blast of berry to the 2335th power. I whipped up a cold brew, and let me tell you, be prepared for the deepest wine red.

It tastes predominantly of blackberries, and second in line is a crisp herbal note. Kind of leafy? My guess is raspberry leaf.

I peeked at the label and have discovered that strawberry leaves are in here. Ah, pretty close! They really work here. Conjures up images of berry patches, greenery and all.

I was actually expecting more berry, but I appreciate that this isn’t overly sweet or artificial. If you like tart tisanes, look no further.

EDIT: I quite like this hot. It’s like a drinkable hot berry tart minus the crust. It also reminds me of blueberry soup but not as sweet.
