I brewed this tea Gong Fu style as I do with most teas.
Who doesn’t love a cute squirrel? The steamed leaves have a dark woody smell with a touch of sweetness that develops when washed. The tea itself has excellent notes of cream, hardwood, and earth. A perfect example of why I love Yunnan Sourcing so much.
