I really like the first steep, it is light and has a beautiful aroma with hints of red wine. It is delicate, but it also stands on its own in terms of the complexity of flavors. The second steep was very muted in my opinion, I didn’t try for a third.

Smooth and balanced, the assam is not overpowering. Especially good with milk. Easy, light-bodied breakfast tea.

Vanilla flavor a bit synthetic tasting/ smelling. It tastes more like cookie dough tea than just vanilla, there is some shortbread flavor to it. The vanilla essence is more authentic with the addition of (rice) milk.

Really good chai; nice and peppery, sweet, citrusy, but not bitter. Not necessary to add sweeteners or milk, it stands alone, however a bit of rice milk is delicious and makes it a really cozy beverage.

Smooth, light, beautiful amber color. Really subtle taste, easy to sip. Low acid. Nice fragrance, smells much more interesting than it tastes, with hints of pepper and chocolate liqueur.

Really complex, definitely fruity, has a red wine kind of essence, as if it were aged in an oak barrel, like a cabernet. An interesting finish—it hits the palate with a lot of smoke, but then this dissolves into a soft cocoa.

Second steep (6 min.) was really nice, a bit smoother, more velvety.
