Ohhhh what a delightful late night tea. I was a little worried because after I brewed it, the smell wasn’t very inviting but this is really pleasant. I love peppermint all on its own so I’m a big fan of it in this tea, it’s the perfect compliment, keeping the rest of the flavors in check with its cool tingle. Lemongrass is a nice twist. Definately enjoying this one, a perfect before bed blend.

I love apple cider but it’s generally a pain in the ass to make so I was excited to get this as a Christmas gift. Smells delicious, tastes just as good. Exactly what you’d expect; apple and cinnamon. Light, warm and a lovely treat. A great way to take the chill off.

Another tea from the Spring Collection I picked up a few weeks ago. I was really wary of it because I wasn’t sure how the coconut was going to pan out. I wasn’t really drawn to the smell of it in the package, which is probably why I’ve waited this long to try it. But, after brewing it was pleasantly surprised. I wish I could give a detailed reveiw about flavors and what not but I drank it last night and didn’t think to do a write up then. I was worried about a similar sitation to the Dreamsicle where it might be sickeningly sweet, but not the case at all, this tea was very pleasant and a nice relaxing treat.

Maybe this tea just isn’t for me. Much healthier than I was the last time I tasted it, I decided to make a pitcher of iced tea instead of drinking it hot. The smell in the package is nice but there’s something overwhelmingly sweet that just does not tickle my tastebuds. Anyway, I mixed it up and let it chill for a few hours. The taste cold is much the same experience as it was hot although the flavors aren’t so overwhelming and sickening as the last time I tried. I like the orange zest, it’s very refreshing, but I can’t get past the white chocolate. Fortunately, it doesn’t totally ruin the cold drink for me like it did the hot but I don’t think I’d pick this one off the shelf. I probably wouldn’t have tried it if it didn’t come in the spring collection. I might add a lemon wedge to try to counter the overpowering sweetness of the white chocolate but I don’t really think that’s going to save this tea for me. Glad to be done with it.
EDIT: I see another reveiwer mentioned a buttery taste. UGH BUTTER. That is exactly what is setting me off, that sickening buttery taste. So. Gross.

Much better luck this time with my tea-to-water ratio! Right out of the package it smells great and the big chunks of fruit look good enough to eat! It’s very pink this time (CUTE), so I think that means I got it right. It doesn’t have an overly intense flavor (a positive). The sweet, fruity notes are all kept in check by the very essential hint of lemon – in fact when sipping, the lemon is what tingles on my tongue the most with a very satisfying fruity finish. This will be an excellent summer tea – the flavor combination puts me in mind of sitting on my balcony at night, watching city traffic and sipping on some Goji Pop! This came with my Spring Collection kit and is running out fast so I’ll definately be needing some more! A+

I don’t know. In its defense, I’ve been pretty sick for the past few days, but, when I brewed this up the really rich scent of it made me feel nautious. I took one sip – it wasn’t as horrendously sweet as it smelled but I didn’t get anywhere past that. I’m going to try it iced and maybe hot again when I’m healthier but ugghhh this is not a tea to make you feel better when you’re sick. Barf.

I am a citrus junkie so this tea was right up my alley. The scent in the package is mouth-watering and as soon as I spotted the big chunks of orange I knew I was in for a treat. I was delighted to see it turn not just pink but HOT pink – so cute!! On it’s own it was a little bitter but nothing that a tiny, little pinch of honey couldn’t fix. Delish warm, and although it’s not something I would consider an “evening tea” it went well with my lunch. Can’t wait to try it iced!

I don’t think I had a good tea to water ratio because I found this to be pretty weak… and not pink! The flavors I did pick up were pleasantly fruity without being overly sweet. I’ll have to try it again soon.

I love the combination of mint and chocolate. I’m a very big mint fan and although I’m not normally a fan of chocolate because I find it to be too rich, this is a nice and light treat. There is a very slight hint of peppercorn, nothing overwhelming or at all spicy. The candy lips don’t add very much to the taste but they’re cute. A lovely evening tea.
