I picked this up thinking it was an herbal tea, its actually a white tea. I tend to avoid actual tea in bagged form. But since I bought it, figured we would review it. Its an ok one. Nice cherry taste, reminds me of a body butter (the scent), it was the wild cherry one From The Body Shop, it tastes the way that smelled if that makes sense. Hint of “tea taste”. Its decent, not a must have but a nice to try one. Im gonna have this last bag with a little sugar.
Flavors: Cherry
Usually cherry teas help me sleep, I don’t notice that with this tea. But it is a nice one, especially when cold. Its a sweet fruity, kinda cherry taste. Like a healthy version of koolaide. I dont find it necessary to add sweetener either so thats always a plus!
Another very old favourite I’m having after many years.
Cream and whiskey aroma, as can be expected. And for an artificial flauvoring it seems pretty natural, warming and pleasant.
Full, malty body slight sweetness.
Not bad for a big company bagged tea.
Flavors: Cream, Irish Cream, Whiskey

I will always search for the apple tea we used to get when I was a child in Turkey along with my parents in their shopping adventures. I believe it was a powder though. I had one that was close… this one is a no. It tastes too green and not apple like enough or just an odd flavor. But I can say I gave it a try. Meh
And this is a cuppa I prepared after snow throwing. It was quite tricky here, trucks have troubles to go uphill, one was stuck for 45 minutes, they wanted to tow it, but was too heavy.
A tea bag received from postcrossing.
It’s pretty much common fruit tea (European) with loads of hibiscus and rosehip and then flavoured as desired. It’s cinnamon heavy too and in taste I do recognize the cloves. If it is plum-flavoured? Wouldn’t tell that on blind tasting.
Not a bad tea. But nothing great as well. Maybe I have been expecting a bit more again. But it is a tea bag, cheap one…
Flavors: Cinnamon, Cloves, Fruity, Hibiscus

Another tea that is surprisingly similar to Mesmer. Except I think this one is sweeter with a better aroma. It is very caramel like. And nice with a splash of milk. But one that is easy to get tired of. I loved it on the first cup, but by the last cup I was tired of it. The caramel overpowers the rooibos. Which might be a good thing if you aren’t a fan of Rooibos.
Flavors: Caramel, Cream
I am drinking my last cup of this. I was so excited to try this one with my newfound love for Roobios. It has a nice orange flavor. Not much Roobios, however I just can’t get into it. For some reason I am just not a fan. Could be because I put milk in it at first. Definitely not one that goes well with milk.
Flavors: Bitter, Orange
Strange how Mesmer and Teekaane have such similar flavors. This brand being slightly cheaper. This berry tea is very nice. Smells like a fruity koolaide. Definitely a nice one to have cold. Nice berry taste without a lot of sour. Even decent hot. I said I would repurchase the Mesmer brand, but actually I would save a few pennies and just get this one instead. Easy to drink without sweetener. If you kike berry teas or just want to try more, I would reccomend it.
Flavors: Berry
Is there a difference between the quality of Roobios? I feel like they are all the same. This one taste like any other Roobios. It gets the job done and is cheap.
I really liked this tea! (Another one from Martin – thank u!) A good balance of ginger and lemon. I’m going to have to get some more of this or something similar – probably my favorite caffeine-free tea right now.
Flavors: Ginger, Lemon

Love the smell of this tea. I thought I didn’t like fruit tea, but after this bag it’s growing on me more. Very warm and Christmas-y, not like any fruit tea I’ve had before. Thanks, Martin Bednář, for sending it!
Flavors: Cinnamon, Citrus
Preparation
This tastes to me like a strong somewhat sour plain red apple flavor. It was a little too fruity for my taste. But, afterward I was actually craving more, so I guess I did like it, haha. A good flavor for fall. Will probably try it again to see if it grows on me.
Flavors: Apple, Apple Skins

Welcome to Steepster. I hope you will enjoy this place. I know this is far from perfect tea, but I will be happy to hear about others as well.
Thanks! I’m already obsessed with this site. I sent you an email about the tea you sent me. If you haven’t gotten it, let me know and I’ll send it as a postcrossing/steepster message. Also – you have so many teas!! I’m impressed, haha.
Big bag section, but certainly not that old tea. I remember when they started being sold here, so it could be around 2 years, maybe 3. At maximum!
Anyway, I just put it into hot water, haven’t checked much what is it and what it should be, so it was kind of blind tasting, although I saw the tea bag before preparing.
I saw it is berry flavoured, which sounded nice for the morning.
It was fine. I steeped it somewhere near to recommended 8 minutes in my 300 ml glass cup and was fine. Quite deep red says it includes hibiscus and indeed it does. It wasn’t much generic, I completely noticed raspberries in and indeed it should be raspberry flavoured. Then I noticed tartness which I thought because of hibiscus and rose hips, but apparently it should be with cranberries too, but when I know it now, I think I kinda noticed them, even I thought it is hibiscus.
Overall, it was nice tea for easydrinking. Nothing too fancy, to be honest it was even quite boring — but for restaurant tea, it could be very nice and even for the children. Maybe I am already too big tea snob to enjoy those simple teas?!
Flavors: Cranberry, Raspberry, Tart

I expected more when I got Fresh Orange from same series. But apparently Fresh Orange is much better and stands off all other teas. This one, is apparently apple flavourred and yes, I have noticed it as pleasantly sour apple pieces, while I rather expected sweet notes of apples. And cinnamon? It is there in flavours as well, but rather like a warming element than anything else. Pretty boring, one-dimensional.
Not bad, but nothing to write home about.
Flavors: Apple Skins, Cinnamon, Pleasantly Sour

There was a a Teekanne gift assortment in my family cupboard and today I wasn’t really into experiments. Mreover, I had that cool tea from Pfanner, so I decided to brew something simple. Ugh.
Not a fan of this blend. Strong artificial cherries and little of strawberries. In aroma. Taste was really off, rather mostly hibiscus — tart. I miss some creamy notes! Strawberries were non present here as well. And it was as well somehow sweet, kind of stevia sweetness? (It’s not there!)
Blah.
Flavors: Artificial, Cherry, Tart

This is my favourite fruit tea, and of course, from Teekanne.
Why I like it?
It’s very floral and if you like elderflower, you bet it is there. And that refreshing lemon notes!
Okay, I don’t know much what to write about this tea. It is very floral and juicy and refreshing lemon. Nice to drink anytime.
Flavors: Floral, Lemon
