Cold steeped this over night in the fridge, my first iced tea attempt. And I am a very happy camper. This is delicious, light, and when summer gets to be really hot, I am going to crave this stuff. Wondering if I perhaps didn’t use enough tea, not too flavourful but definitely refreshing, like a lightly flavoured iced water. Some experimentation is in order.
Will be getting another package, unless another tea in the summer box set is even better (yay for birthday gifts!)

Has anyone frozen their iced tea to make popsicles?? Potential yum..

I find luscious watermelon has a lot more flavour after a few days of coldbrewing – maybe try that next time instead of using more tea! Of course… it is hard to wait that long ;)

I went through so much of this tea last summer due to all the popsicles I made. I found I got the strongest flavour when I brewed it double-strength in boiling water, then put the container in the fridge to cool (I have a glass bottle I use).

I looove tea. I don’t understand it, or know much about it, but that doesn’t slow me down. I have developed a new respect for the beverage after beginning a weight-loss/health-gain journey. It’s so good for you! And so yummy. So it was an easy decision to devote some time to getting to know my new best friend.

I love you, Tea. You complete me.

P.S. I’m also a crazy cat lady waiting to happen
